Dr Sajid Siddiqi

MD, DFFP, MRCGP, FRACGP

Dr Siddiqi completed his medical training at Southwestern University. He gained his experience from NHS hospitals (UK) in Gastroenterology, Urology, Orthopaedics, Psychiatry, Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology. He undertook advanced training in General Practice in UK and qualified as a Fellow in General Practice with the Royal College of General Practitioners in the UK as well as in Australia, and then completed further training in Family Planning. After arriving in Australia in 2009, Dr Siddiqi worked in Tasmania and Queensland in both General Practice and Aboriginal Community Health. In 2014, he commenced working as a GP and Senior Medical Officer at the Randwick and Holsworthy Army Barracks Health Centre in Sydney.

After a seven-year period of working in ADF Health, Dr Siddiqi started his private practice in East Hills to serve the local community and the greater Sydney region.

Dr Robyn White

B. Midwifery, B. Med, FRACGP

Dr White completed her medical training at The University of Newcastle in 2003. After internship and residency, she commenced her training in General Practice. She is a Fellow with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr White has worked in General Practise for over 15 years. During that time, she has worked with Defence and in Aboriginal Communities. She is passionate about all aspects of primary health care, especially chronic medical conditions and women’s health.

Mohammed - Your Foot Dr

Podiatrist

Mohammad is our registered Podiatrist recognised by the Australasian Podiatry association. He has completed additional studies including a Basic Surgical Skills Education and Training course provided by The Australasian College of Podiatric Surgeons. He is currently undertaking his Endorsement in Scheduled Medicines and a Bachelor’s degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics.

ABC is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) recognized by the Dietitians Association of Australia. After completing a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in biochemistry in 2006, Viviane went on to graduate with a Masters of Nutrition and foodservice management in 2008.

Psychiatrists operating from this facility provide counselling and psychotherapy.​​​ They also provide treatment for people of all ages and to families and to groups. Psychologists provide treatment for depression, anxiety, phobias, panic disorders, eating disorders, stress related problems, relationship problems, and severe mental disorders.

Jordan Turany

Physiotherapist

Jordan graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at the University of New South Wales and then went on to complete his Doctor of Physiotherapy degree at Macquarie University. Jordan has an interest in musculoskeletal and sports injuries with a strong treatment approach focused on manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription. Jordan provides individualised rehabilitation programs that are specifically tailored to each of his patients, ensuring that they achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys keeping fit and active at the gym and with sports including touch football and basketball. He also enjoys exploring and being adventurous with a keen interest in photography.

Fees

Our Practice has been exclusively bulk billing since it was established. However, due to increased costs associated with delivering the highest quality of services, this transition is necessary to continue providing you and your family with the highest quality healthcare.

From the 1st of MAY 2023, East Hills Medical Centre will become a Mixed-Billing practice. As such, patients will incur a gap payment. Please see fee structure below.

PRIVATE BILLING

Gap-payment applies to all the GP Consultations. No matter how long you spend with your GP, the consultation fee after your Medicare rebate will be $25 during normal hours and $35 on during afterhours. Please see the fee structure table below.

PHONE CONSULTATIONS (TELEHEALTH)

If you have been to East Hills Medical Centre for any GP consultation in the last 12 months, you are eligible to use the telehealth service, however gap fee applies.

Results

It is a policy of East Hills Medical Centre that medical results (both imaging and pathology) will not be provided over the phone without the prior consent of the treating doctor. We have in place an automated system, where your results will be reviewed by the doctor.

If a doctor wants to see you after viewing your results, you will receive a message. If this is the case, please book an appointment with the doctor for your results. This also means that you will need to ensure that you keep up-to-date contact details on your file.
